Information

The interdisciplinary workshop “Minds, Machines, and Meaning” explores how inference links human thought, computational models, and creative expression. Through talks on active and causal inference, large-scale brain data, and algorithmic music generation, we examine how psychological theory, data science, and artificial intelligence can learn from and inspire one another.

The workshop brings together perspectives from psychology, computer science, and the arts to investigate how meaning and intelligence emerge through the interplay of humans, machines, and creativity. After the workshop, participants are warmly invited to continue the conversation over snacks and drinks.
